Ideal Candidates
If you’re a Red Seal Certified Electrician with experience in the field wiring and finishing high-end homes independently and have been provided a company service van previously.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with new, valued, and potential clients.
Have experience and are interested in completing unique, technologically forward homes. Utilizing home automation, passive home techniques, green energy, etc.
Are motivated, independent and enjoys a team environment.
Hold a valid BC Driver’s License, own vehicle and tools.
Are familiar with electrical prints and drawings.
Are excited to be a part of a team that mentors apprentices and motivates them to take pride in our work.
Education Opportunities
The growth of our team members is very meaningful to us. We encourage continued development and education. If you do not already have your FSR Master Electrician Certification or PMP Designation, we will incentivize you to obtain them by reimbursing the full cost of these courses upon completion.

Kybe is an electrical contracting firm with deep roots on the North Shore. Kyle Robertson, Founder and Principal, was born and raised in North Vancouver and built Kybe based on the relationships he forged in the construction community throughout the Lower Mainland. Kybe’s reputation is built on providing reliable, dependable and consistent service.
We specialize in custom home new construction and renovations. We work with renowned contractors, designers and architects on high-end projects with passive and NetZero certifications. In the commercial sector, we specialize in Breweries, Restaurants, Office Space and Retail Tenant Improvements.
Kybe’s headquarters are in the heart of the Lower Lonsdale Brewery District, surrounded by many restaurants and breweries, most of which we wired initially or help to maintain. We hold regular monthly team meetings at this location to discuss safety and the ongoing processes at Kybe. Kybe’s onsite warehouse space is available to all team members 24/7 and creates efficiencies for our projects and procurement of materials.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects of various sizes in varying stages of completion. You will have the support of a full-time Project Manager and Project Coordinator for project-based instructions and our Operations Coordinator will be available to assist you with material procurement and product research. Kybe’s Administrator supports all team members in project related scheduling. Kyle, Kybe’s owner, will always be available to support you in any way related to your employment.
Below are primary formal responsibilities, though they aren’t limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
With assistance from other team members and management, you will be ultimately responsible for the technical installations on the projects you’re assigned
